Background

I lead Product for Data Science and ML/AI at DraftKings, where I represent a 40+ person organization responsible for experimentation infrastructure, offer optimization systems, and AI adoption across the company. My approach focuses on building sustainable systems that scale beyond any individual contributor.

Before transitioning to product leadership, I spent five years scaling DraftKings’ data science organization from 18 to over 40 people, transforming our experimentation platform from a 6% validity rate to supporting hundreds of concurrent experiments, and architecting ML systems that drive hundreds of millions in revenue impact.

I hold a PhD in Marketing with a focus on quantitative methods and consumer behavior. My academic background in causal inference and experimental design directly informs how I approach product strategy and team development in applied settings.
